No, not that kind of high… Carpentry Plus invited us to capture their last CLT panel lift day at Walsh Construction’s new low-income housing in SW Portland. Clocking in at 12 stories, we got to fly the drone high and pretend we weren’t scared of heights for a morning.

Tecovas Work Launch - 86 Pages
Last summer, Tecovas hired us to help launch their Work line of boots. We took a trip down to Texas to scout for two different job sites that would showcase the boots in appropriate environments, and brought the crew with us for a road trip across Texas. With multiple sites, multiple travel days, inspiration, storyboards, and lots of logistics, we overthought the project to the max and pulled together a whopping 86 page preproduction deck. Big thanks to the crew for actually listening as we talked through the whole damn thing.

August 2024
Last August took us from Texas to Portland to Denver to Portland and all over the PNW. We booked a job while on set for another job, booked a different job while at a tradeshow, and slept very little! Here’s hoping next summer is just as nutty.

Our old pals at Keen Utility called in Away to help capture their Fall/Winter 24 products, positioned in a medium-duty work environment. Keen shoots generally have a lot of product, but this one topped the list - coming in at 16 total SKUs shot in one day.

January 23rd - World of Concrete
We’re generally pretty big walkers, but World of Concrete in Vegas really bumped up our averages. We walked the show floors for 3 days in a row, and on the 3rd day, discovered a whole hall we didn’t know about. Our feet were tired but our brains were inspired (and also tired).

When you book an early-morning shoot, you’re always crossing your fingers for good clouds and no rain. We lucked out at our recent shoot for Whitaker Ellis, getting a beautiful east-west oriented site paired with one of those gooood, goooood sunrises we always really want.
